Hi I have a 2008 duramax 6.6 I had a p087 or somthing like that code saying lower fuel pressure rail. I changed the fuel filter and housing because when I did a pressure test it dropped quick at 4. I now bought a fuel pressure regulator valve thingy and I can’t get the stupid thing loose it’s in the dumbest spot ever I’ve put a wrench on it and gave it all I got and my boyfriend won’t help me cuz he’s a dodge guy. I just changed the starter as well( pain in the ass the bolts are on The side and hard to get to) but besides that now it goes about 40yay😒 I got some rubber out of the inside of the line by the housing also If this doesn’t work after I change fuel pressure regulator what else could it be? My turbo? It’s weird cuz when I’m putting my foot all the way down it goes like 25-30 then it gets like a serge of power kinda and gets to like 40mph. How do I know if it’s my pump or my injectors or my turbo. I’m stumped. Sorry msg is so long I’m a girl who doesn’t know car lingo so I have to explain In my own way
