well ive kinda hit a dilemma. where i live im kinda the only guy thats beefing up his duramax and there are no transmission builders around that have experience with the allisons. so im really kickin the idea around of buying the complete suncoast trans. does anyone on here know of a builder in northern PA or southern NY???? also do you guys know if the SC trans comes with a converter?

i believe he is in maryland it would be worth the drive to take your truck there though!

I was in the same boat...I ended up just ordering a new one from suncoast and having it installed.

Granted its more cash...but I atleast knew it was done right.

doesn't come with converter [its extra]you have to choose the best one for you,they'll help advise you if ya need.....I picked a 1056 for mine as this converter is proper for all I do with the truck.....
