If the pushrods are stock the springs are likely stock also. These trucks don't need many modifications to the heads to perform well for the regular Joe looking for power. Here is an example of a stock pushrod and an aftermarket one. The stock one has a ball on the bottom.
Springs are harder to confirm as stock or aftermarket without inspecting them closer. They sell stronger individual springs, or a dual spring setup.
