how to tell if its stock or aftermarket

i was wonder how to tell if i have aftermarket springs or stock and how about push rods

Only way is to open it up and look. Does it have a built transmission? What kind of tunes, turbo, lift pump.

ya i have the heads in my hand but there no markings of any short on the springs or push rods

Ok makes sence now. Socal springs say socal is it a double spring.

Do you know if you have a diffrent turbo? What about trans? If you don't have those or even a lift pump IMO there's no need for spring or push tubes

If the pushrods are stock the springs are likely stock also. These trucks don't need many modifications to the heads to perform well for the regular Joe looking for power. Here is an example of a stock pushrod and an aftermarket one. The stock one has a ball on the bottom.



Springs are harder to confirm as stock or aftermarket without inspecting them closer. They sell stronger individual springs, or a dual spring setup.
