I have a 2013 6.6 Duramax with 156,000 miles. I am getting the following codes; P11CB NOx Sensor 1 Performance - Signal High, P140C Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Slow Response - Decreasing Flow, and P0101 Mass or Volume Air Flow A Circuit Range/ Performance. I realize they are all emissions issues and likely caused by each other. What came first? Any suggestions as to where to start?

My guess would be NOX Sensor. Just had mine replaced. Once the NOX sensor gets out of spec, I think it does affect other readings, as well. Hopefully, your mechanic can make a quick diagnosis. Even the Chev dealer had trouble figuring this one out, to be certain. We finally settled on it must be the NOX sensor; replaced it; and have not any issues since (about 4-5 months).
I have the same codes on my LML 3500. I had both NOX sensors replaced about two months ago. Now these codes. just over 100 Thousand miles all stock.
