Does this plug belong plugged in?? After I installed the Tuner and Deleted the EGR (2-Years Ago), I'm pretty certain the instructions stated to leave it unplugged. My buddy seen it the other day and keeps insisting it needs to be plugged in. I have had ZERO ISSUES or CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS/CODES for the past 2 years and the truck runs 100%. I'm hoping you experts can steer me in the right direction. Does it need to be plugged in?? What is its function?? Do you think the tuner has it tuned out?? THANKS IN ADVANCE

It’s the throttle valve controller plug, shouldn’t need it since the EGR was deleted.
Ok cool thanks a lot man! I know when I installed this a couple of years ago I triple checked everything so I was 99% sure it should be the way it is. BTW under normal operation, what does the "Throttle Valve Controller" do?

It partially closes a valve in the intake tract to create a vacuum to help the engine ingest the EGR gasses.
Ok cool. Thanks for the answers to my questions. :neener
