I bought one of bills 3.5 turbo horn. After almost 4 hours trying to install the thing I got it on but without the gasket between the horn and turbo. My old one cracked and I went to chevy almost 30 min away but they gave me the wrong gasket. So I said forget it and applied etc high temp gasket maker. But by now im kind of paranoid and not sure If it's in my head but could that cause a boost leak? Truck seems to take a little longer for the turbo to kicking. I'm a noob to diesels so please forgive me if this is a dumb question

the onlything i can think of is you are push more air thru a bigger area and it doesnt create the same amount of pressure or force going into the turbo as a stocker if that makes sense

Well, I would say no, but it also seems that you may not be taking advantage of the new horn because you have a factory intake.
