Now im debating on ppe, edge, or quadzilla. now i know some dont like this but do ppe's smoke. now the edge yes it has the monitor if i get the cts but do you download the tunes from the handheld setup that plugs into the obd2 or is it plugged in the computer under the hood. any comments on quadzilla s2

I would go with either PPE or EFI live, PPE is great, I just switched from Edge to PPE, way more power, you loose the monitor but I like the PPE so much better! EFI live you have more options for custom tuning. The PPE doesn't smoke tons on 1-4 settings, I don't know above that I haven't done transmission so I haven't unlocked the hot stages. It will give a nice burst of black from take off, and just some when getting into it, but its a much better tune than the Edge in my opinion. PPE has my vote for plug and play tunes.

I have the PPE HOT X-2 ET on my truck and it will barley even smoke at all. As far as performance goes, ive never lost a race period. This tuner is awesome.

i had the quad stealth 2 and ppe hot edge evo blows both of them , my quadzilla smoked alot and i bet my edge on level 3 which is 85 hp can beat ppe on 225 and i know my level 2 which is 65 hp on my evo race will def beat 135 hp on quadzilla go with the evo race

also it plugs in the obd II port and can stay plugged in no under the hood crap

i put it on for 1 day. on the smoke tune. i think thats what i was called. i dk anyways it was smokin like crazy under wot. on all other it wasn't at all??? just my experience but i would go with PPE

Had PPE and didnt like it;. I like the quad. LOTS of smoke if thats what you want. Has more power than PPE standard. Better shifts too.

I would narrow it down to PPE or Edge. None of them smoke very much, but if you put them on kill it will give a small cloud when you mash it. The Evolution CTS is a monitor and programmer all in one. It plugs in underneath the dash into the OBDII port and sits on top of the dash or wherever you want to put it. My personal choice would be the CTS over the other two you mentioned as the CTS has excellent programming, a large monitor, and safety features built in. Feel free to give me a holler if you have any questions on any of the three.
