I'm thinking of gettin some better ones for my hp numbers someone wanna fill me in on best bang for a buck

I know he meant connecting rods but I'm a ball buster by nature.

A set of Carillos and cut/coated Lb7 pistons is good for somewhere around 800 hp. A minor rebuild like that will set you back somewhere around $6,000.

the pistons DO push down on the 'rods' though. :D

currently im running 600 like i said, and yes connecting rods is wut i meant. i was standing in line at the airport. not even payin a attention. iv jus heard that stock bottom ends on the duramax are only decent until 650. im jus shoping

SOCAL diesel. Guy tripp has bigger stronger push rods .083 Wall Chrome Moly for 330 bucks. your pistons in the LLY are malhie pistons so they will be good for a bunch of power
