Does anyone wish they bring back quadrasteer back to the silerads/gmcs to make the towing even better?

No. It didn't work that great before. Probably wouldn't work that well now!

Why do you say that? I never personally owned a quadrasteer truck but it seemed like a good idea at the time. Do you think it was cause it wasn't on enough styles of gm trucks? Or did you just not like it?

i dunno for towing but my stepmom had it in a 3/4 ton suburban and it was awesome. You could park that thing like it was a fiesta

I have to agree with offthewall, I ordered one (2500 suburban) in 05 for the fire department I was with to be used as a command car. It is still in service and has never had a problem. It has been used off road, flooded roads, towing rescue boats, snow and more all with over 1500lbs of gear in the back and still turned like a compact car. It was a great option that was under used.

I always thought, if the rear end decided to go it's own way, well you can figure it out. And it was all electric so I bet it wasn't real good here in the northeast as the depth of the snow is nearly out done by the depth of the salt. The salt just eats things alive, that is why my LML will spend this and many more to come in the confines of a nice garage. It may get snowed on, on warm up days, but it will never see the road till spring.

No. something else to break. and it's kind of like cheating, half the fun of owning one is being able to park a land yacht. and i don't even have a LB...

Well yea it was an expensive option its' first year, think was like 3k. In it's last year it was only a 1200$ option which ain't that expensive I think for the Add maneuverability and ease of towing things. But too each their own opinion I guess.

The few that were sold in my neck of the woods were very problematic.

i miss my quadra steer option. as noted previously, my 05 cc shortbox became a fiesta in parking situations. loved it!! and it also helped when backing 30' rv into camp spot. had no trouble with mine and would probably still have it if it werent for the deal i got on 08 duramax

I just hate how GM spent money on projects like quad steer that very few people actually use and then they go and cancel the 4.5L turbo diesel program they had which I'm sure they would sell the heck out of. my 2 cents
