I raced an efi live tuned and air dog fueled 07 dmax, and he beat me by a truck length. I'm upset lol. 0psi, 2wd launch. I know I'm over tuned with tnt but I pulled a length on him up to 50 then came back

I have some lag in my turbo from to much fuel so the 0psi hurt but he can't boost so it was fair

Yea I'm about 1000 lbs heavier than he is but that's jus an excuse. I jus need a new turbo that's all

Efi cummins are better than smarty tuned ones, but they aren't as impressive as the duramax's. My brother has many tunes from different people and so far most have been equal to or surpassed the smarty tuning, but IMO they do not pull like a duramax. maybe it's because the truck that I've been riding in still has a stock 48 in it and is running the "big" tunes from these guys. Soon enough it will have a trans built and it will be More comparable.

Surpassed smarty tuning? Smarty has tuned the record holding 6.7 cummins. He barely got me and I just chalk it up to weight. Even if we both had 500 hp he would win because he is 1000lbs lighter

Did the dmax also have a built trans? or was it just efi and airdog? From my understanding a built tranny makes a ton of difference.

He was jus efi live 500hp tune and an Airdog.. he is.tuned perfect. No smoke
