Range Shift Inhibited explained finally...

Ok so I need help I have a 2005 gmc sierra 2500 hd LLY 6.6 duramax drove once since I replaced with grade C gm head gaskets, arp head studs, NCB up pipes, NCB exhaust manifolds, NCB down pipe, 4” turbo back straight pipe, new fuel return lines, tested and resurfaced heads, ported fuel rails, ccv reroute with filter, oversized intake mouth piece, turbo oil supply and return gaskets, all new DDP bolts for exhaust system, new unison ring, veins, titan 9 blade drop in, new fuel filter, oil filter with t6, new oem map sensor, injector o-rings and washers, billet fuel filter bleeder valve, PPE crank case breather fittings, Mahle thermostat housing gaskets, both new AC Delco thermostats and right now I’m facing a few problems that won’t allow me to drive it and need help I have sum codes I’ll throw in at the end ok first the truck keeps saying range shift inhibited I changed the shift solnoids thinking it was that but didn’t changed nothing it has reverse but just no drive gears it’s also surging at idle no blow by has a tap noise sounds like a injector another problem I’m facing is no power steering and no brake assist I have to push brakes to the floor to stop truck it’s also costing worse than normal it has tunes on it like lope tune, tow haul, and hot tune, so in short things I need help with is how to get it to stop saying range shift inhibited, how to fix brakes and power steering do I need to fix the hydro boost maybe or what and how to fix the surging here’s the codes P0872, P0727,P0722, P0045, P0117, P0700, P0872, P0727, and finally P0722 lol
