My truck has a horrible rattling sound at only 100kph till 110kph (60mph-70mph roughly) and its at any throttle position except for WOT. Its not an RPM rattle because of the fact that it doesnt do it in any of the lower gears at that RPM. Anyone else ever have a problem like this? Im not even sure as what to describe the rattling as.

My similarity was an exhaust bracket.

ive heard lmm exhausts rattle at speed.
and my lly rattled because the tires werent balanced. thats only at 40-45 then at 80 on up, i couldnt feel it either, when i got my tires rotated it went away.

Its not like a rattle that shakes anything, its a rattle that you can only hear. I was thinking it was the exhaust hanger at the transmission or the front pipe rubbing on the crossmember but theres about a 1/4" between both and the exhaust.
Anything other ideas?

Also being its only at the certain speed i was thinking could it be my rear-end or even my transmission or transfer case making this sound?

I can try and get a video for a sound clip but im not sure how it will turn out.

Did you ever come up with a solution? I have an 05 LLY and have been chasing a noise at 58-62 mph only .. I've replaced driveshaft, rearend, transmission, hubs, I'm so lost. Like a slapping scratching sound
