That's your choice, buy what you want. I will buy what I want. I've been towing with Chevy's for 40 yrs and never had to use 4low once while towing. There are other things in the NHT pkg that make it worth waiting for, maybe you look to see what they are.
Theres lots of situations 4low can be used for towing whether its off pavement usage or steep incline.

I know what the NHT comes with and you can easily built your own NHT with better tires and springs without sacrificing that option, or waiting months to get it.

In over 20 years of towing, I have never used 4 low to get unstuck. I have used 4wd, but never needed to go to 4 low. I have the LTZ with max tow and 6 1/2' bed. Added the B&W turn over ball in February and will be hauling the gooseneck here in another couple weeks. Looking forward to seeing how it compares to my 2500.
 
Stick, 4Lo, hubs out used to be great for backing in tight spots… back in the day. Not stuck, just maneuvering tight spots. Don’t need to be “stuck” to use 4Lo…
