I keep getting a P0299 turbo under boost code. I will clear it with my cts and it comes back on. This usually happens over 1500 rpm and only when the temps are below 0. It did it before I deleted it also. Thought deleting everything might have fixed it but guess not. Does anyone have any ideas what would cause this. Is the air just to cold for the sensors?
