Im swapping my exhaust and dropping my crossmember. the bolts on the passenger side hit a exhaust support and one of the bolts is being difficult. does the exhaust support need to come out? Is there a better way to get the exhaust out? Thanks

Yeah. Gotta remove it. Was still difficult to get out without cutting the pipe. Once you disconnect the flange between the cat & dpf you should be able to wiggle it out. Be careful though. When i took mine off it was under a load and it popped off. Pretty sure it nearly broke my hand.

If I remember correctly I just dropped one side of the cross member a little and had enough room to wiggle things around. I did keep my Cat, got rid of the DPF, I just installed a new up pipe and exhaust. wasn't too bad of a job, did have to drill out a bolt on the exhaust flange though...
