My new truck was leaking a half gallon every other day when i got it. It was coming from the water pump so i replaced it. Now, it leaks about a half gallon every four days. The low coolant light came on about an hour after replacing the water pump, filled and lasted a day, then four more days. I do not see any kind of leak(s) anywhere running or not. I let my truck idel alot during the day and i would see if it dribbeled for even two seconds(thanks to this texas dry-ness) and it does not. Btw, i'm running just water until i get this figured out. Dont want to wasted the anti freeze.

might check your oil make sure its not getting past that o ring...your not burning it are you?

Oil level remains the same, what do you mean about burning it?

Fill out your info so we know what truck you have. Does your upper radiator hose stay hard?
