I like the looks of the stock grille but they are not man enough to stop a rock from making it to the cooler. Anyone know of an aftermarket protective screen that can install behind the stock grille that is tough enough to keep rocks from making it to the cooler? Thanks

The screen they make for covering the trucks when they are hauling old squashed cars works really well it will never rip. Its a really strong material the only thing is that it only comes in orange so you would have to paint it. not sure where you can get some from we use it at work all the time so i will find out where we get it from and get back to you

Did you consider getting a billet grille? There pretty cheap. I paid $40 shipped on ebay for it. It looks good and it would be effective for what you want

Its made out of aluminum. Ya very easy install. Just a few bolts took about 15minutes :rockin
