The frame marks look like a jack or lift position at one point in time. That's common as soon as the factory wax coating is touched.

The CV axle and yoke plate are "normal" and will look no different for the rest of its life

For the frame and such, touch up for Undercoating, I use Nox-Rust® X-121B. Good stuff. Just sand off the rust before you touch up with it and use it in well ventilated area and wear a mask. This stuff is like dry-film, you need to shake for at least 2 minutes and then turn upside down and spray to clean the nozzle to prevent blockage for next use. I also bought replacement nozzles for spray cans for my dry-film and Nox usage. I recommend getting those because eventually, they will clog.
