Are you having any fuel dilution in your oil?
Have you run any injector cleaner additives in your fuel?
when was last time you changed your fuel filter?
How did you check your Balance rates in park or D with brakes on?

Ok
Do the fuel in oil test, if it is ok
Change your fuel filter
Run a couple tank with about 6-8 oz of diesel Kleen in th gray bottle in it,
then after a tank or two of running the diesel Kleen check them again.

I run diesel Kleen in every other tank (about 4-6oz) every other tank.

I have read people say every other tank run an injector cleaner with some kind of additive to increase lubricity, also I have heard a lift pump will drastically increase your life on the sticks (one that removes the air bubbles from the fuel, like an Air Dog II my next investment)

good deal bro, then check your balance rates, if that doesn't help there is a thread on here in the DIY about injector cleaning I would try it, several have done it and it brought their balance rates back well within comfortable readings

MudDoc- I read that thread about the DIY injector cleaning earlier this month. seems pretty simple.
SmokingLMM- I can't remember what tune i was in. But i will try it in stock next time.

Another question...
I'm still not sure if i installed my DSP5 switch correctly. I feel like I should tell more difference between my stock tune and my 100hp tune..
Isnt there a way to check with my V2 if my tunes are switching properly?

Yes, do a log and select the pid for dsp5 voltage and then see if it changes with the switch.
