The good old days...

Thought everyone would get a kick out of this :grin2:.

Nearly 10 years ago, this Duramax owner got 1356 views of his post and 0, zip, nada replies.

How times have changed.

And yes, when you are retired, you can spend time searching the archives for injector 411 :grin2:.

It's a shame that the community failed him.
That was his one and only post.

we were a very new forum at that time. This forum started up in the 2005 timeframe. That is when everyone was over on diesel place before it got out of hand there.

Yo dustinb,

I owe you a big apology!:frown2:

I thought I was starting a new post about "the good old days" but foolishly made it into a reply to your question, and your first at that. In my feeble defense, it was nearly midnight when I hit enter.

What a rude welcome to DF :frown2:.

Look around here a bit and I'm afraid you will discover your truck may be suffering the same fate as many LB7's... injector failure. While there may be other reasons for your symptoms (coolant in combustion chamber ?) none are easy fixes.

All the best and welcome!
