I am a long time Dodge owner. I have loved owning a smokin goat but as the mileage on my Ram was climbing I decided to get a newer truck. The dealer I went to encouraged me to test drive a Silverado along side the Ram. I was surprised at the difference in felt power and acceleration stock to stock but both with 35" tires. It honestly wasn't even close. So as they say the rest is history and time to switch forums and wanted to say hello.

X2 I've drove all of them for extended period of times and I wouldn't trade the ride of my truck for nothing:thumb

Welcome to the Forum. I too am a new Diesel owner, but a long time converted Ford owner that loves the Bowtie. The other main feature I'm impressed with is the comfort and reduced noise in the 14-15 Silverado platform. I owned a 13 Silverado and traded it on a 14 LTZ Crew Cab to get all the new benefits. What a difference! Had the 14 LTZ for a year and 32,000 miles, and loved every minute....till I drove a Duramax! Don't think I'll ever go back to gas.

Again, Welcome :) Lots of good info here...
