I have a 2022 Sierra 2500 denali 6.6 duramax. Was water damaged, all fixed now apart from a couple of niggly issues.
One is engine air filter warning that comes up when I start it. I scroll through the info screens to get to air filter and it says "CHECK SYSTEM"
I have 2 techlne laptops I use for this, one is for diagnostic, gds2 I think and the other is for programming (sps)
People say you need to reset it with tool or use dealer, if it says 'check sysem'
can anyone point me to where in the software I can reset it please?
I've scrolled though all the different configuration, learn, reset etc in the engine control module and also int he instrument cluster module. cannot see any reference to resetting air filter
Am I missing something simples/ Or is it perhaps stored in a different module
