Ok so I can go drive around and everytime I stop at a light etc u can see steam coming from under hood. It's more on the drivers side then pass side but if I pop the hood is foggy under there.

Temps are fine all fluid levels are fine. Please help.

Oh and injecotors are good. 63700 and they have been replaced already also tested with efi tuner.

You might have a fuel leak somewhere. Id check the fuel filter housing, they can crack sometimes. There are two quick disconnect fuel fittings/fuel lines on the drivers side back top of the engine. Look up http://www.duramaxforum.com/forum/how-tos-diy-write-ups/83493-how-diy-injector-cleaning.html for a picture of those.

Otherwise, could be leaking water somewhere. Id also look around for puddles when you leave your truck sitting for a few.

does it smell like anything or is it just steam? my old dakota did this and i never did figure out what it was.

Well sitting still and running it smells like a diesel truck from in the cab. But when I get out and smell the steam or under hood there is no odor.

Only puddle is from ac passenger side drip just like my 97 and 08 Chevys.
