No the wiring is differnt in the column. Most trucks with the steering wheel buttons have several control boxs in the dash and are in the better interior packages like "LT".

I really dont think it would be possible. There are a ton of wires in there. You might even need a steering column from a truck witht the buttons and the conversion boxs in the dash.
