Don't know if this is the right place for this or even if it is "legal", but I have a friend who lost a center cap for is '04 chevy 2500 hd. He went to the dealer, and they wanted over 100 dollars for one. His stock rims have some corrosion from the weights being put on the outside. Well, he is looking for a stock set of rims that are in imacculate shape. What is the going rate for a set of rims with no tires? with tires? or do any of you have a line on center caps cheaper than 100 bones? He is open to either a whole new set of rims or just the center caps.

For centercaps, go to e-bay...it would probably be your best bet. There is a variance on the wheel prices though. I have seen a set of wheels for $200 no tires up to about $400. As far as with tires...you could get them from $400-600 or more. It all depends on how much the selling party needs money.
