Since I’ve installed my new pretuned ECM, new 4” inch exhaust turbo back, I’ve noticed a new noise. At ¾ pedal, it sounds like I’m my tires are breaking lose, making a squealing noise but I know they are not. It comes from the passenger side. Anyone have a clue what this might be? Of course I’m hoping it’s just the turbo noise but I am concerned.

Exhaust leak? Maybe an intercooler boot is loose?

Does it sound like a loud screech? If so it is most likely the exhaust you are hearing. These turbo's have a very distrinct turbo scream.

Blocker plate is leaking. It sounded like I had a pissed off cat under my hood.

Does the noise sound like it coming from the motor area or the rear from the exhaust
