I am still in debate between Mike L and Tyler at Meyer's I am leaning towards Tyler's kit because he is offering me the PPE Stage IV at a great price, and is also an 850 hp kit so I am in debate still lol but will be buying within July.
how much is a great price?
we ship to canada all the time. if i can help let me know
My Gmax 6, 1056 and AD2 are in the mail from Rob two days ago. I highly recommend Rob for Canadian buyers he is great to deal with.
I ship quite often to Canada. Let me know if anyone needs info.
Anyone get thiers yet? Im in northern alberta, and looking for a no BS bottom line to get a tranny here. I dont plan on doing this truck up, just basic bolt ons, no turbo upgrades planned etc. But would wanna over build for the "just incase" factor, and so I dont have to baby it.

Id guess id be looking somewhere at 500RWHP as a max for this truck....next one.....who knows.
suncoast WILL NOT ship to canada... tried this already.... You will have to find a suncoast dealer..... In alberta i know of 2, J&R performance and NADP not sure of any other but im sure theres a few more... This is what i did.

Jess at husker had a 6 speed core already.... soo we sent in that core and got my trans so there was no 3000 deposit on the core.... I live in alberta and ontario so when i went to ontario i drove to nebraska cuz it was only a few hours extra than me driving there than it was to edmonton or lloydminster for a trans and we did my stage 5.

Made 2 payments before i even had the trans, made the last pmnt with visa the day i was there so i took my $2000 receipt for (trans repairs) across the border and burned customs.....
Well, im about to move across the country, so ill be driving that way. What did it cost you to get your tranny done if you dont mind my asking. If I had to make a short trip across the border for a few days, i would.
me too....i live in ontario. the local diesel shop pushes bd diesel trannys but i hear alot about suncoast and ppe on here.
This is the direction I have chosen after lots of searching. I have a local installer here whom has done lots of work for me in the past and did my transgo jr kit so I know he is quite capible.

I would PM or email IdahoRob for a price on the following kit it will be installed here locally in Newmarket Ontario by Bourque transmission for me.

Precision ML converter
TTS upgrade kit for the 6 speed
Full set C1, C2, C3, C4 Borg Warner frictions and steels
Deep Pan
Internal and spin on filter
ASTG Manual
Heard of a guy named Brian just out or Winnepeg doing EFI, trannies never talked to him but think I have his phone#
I ordered a suncoast stage V and got it shipped to my box just past the US border, it was around 320$ each way. If i had to do it again i would get a NADP trans or find a reputable builder and throw a SC IV in.
Mpl motorsports in lacombe i believe does them. MPL - Products
Im pretty sure they can hook whatever up you need.
Smokem Diesel out here at Regina uses NADP tranny dropins. He said if I get a kit it won't do nothing unless the valve body is altered for more pressure. And he couldn't say what there trannies can hold for hp. Not to sold on them.
If i'm not mistaken it was the pump shim in my build that increases pressure. And I know a couple guys spent around $8000 for NADP
My SC V all said and done was probably close to 8500-9000. NADP transmissions are reputable IMO. I know Mike Drever has a NADP in his cummins and hes into the 9s in the 1/4 with it.

The heavy hauler for the dmax can handle up 800 RWHP and is 6100$ Im sure if you wanted more they could build it to handle more.

8500-9000 holy crap, does it give you a blowjob each time you drive it for that price!:gearjamin
Anywhere around alberta is gonna charge over 6000 for a stage4 build, I have priced everywhere before I did my trans. Both mpl and j&r, there was another one too but can't remember off the top of my head. I've heard mixed reviews on Nadp.... Guy I'm working with today smoked 4 torque converters of theirs, mind you they replaced them everytime. But with suncoast it's a 2 yr warranty opposed to a 1 yr. And for buddy that paid Amlost 9000!??? Holy dude I hope that's billet EVERyTHING and a billet flexplate come with It and some lube cuz my stage 5 and 1058 cost a few THOUSAND less.....
I can do a sun coast III here locally with converter choice for 3500 installed or a tts from rob for 3000 installed. The stage iv from sun coast is 4k installed here. Take your pick on a kit from a vendor here and get installed locally by a good shop. My builder is 1000 to install any kit you like.
