you guys are ridiculous. The trucks havent even hit the lots yet (and have NO idea whatsoever how the system even works or anything else about it) and you are already saying "they suck".

You know I bet everyone was all up in arms and thought the world was coming to an end when carbs went away and fuel injection came out, but that seemed to work out ok and no one even thinks twice about it now.

I agree, I wasn't crazy about the urea injection but, it looks like the overall product is much better than my LMM, jmo!
I am willing to bet that in another 5-8 years these diesels with all their emissions componets will get better mileage/performance then the first 4 generations of the DMax. 11% better economy than an lmm and a regen every 700 miles is a huge improvement.

and usually that sentence it states known by the state of california to cause cancer! I get a hose from the store that says dont drink from this hose it is known by the state of california to cause cancer

The whole reason the diesel emission shit got started is because of the A$$holes out there who think bowing smoke is the best thing in the world. So next time you see someone asking how to blow smoke tell them to remove the air filter and stuff a rag in the intake and drive it like you stole it.
