So last weekend I was tinting my windows and i had to key in the on position instead of acc so I didnt have to listen to the annoying dinging. I did the 2 doors last and it took me pry 30 mins to do them with the key on the whole time and when I got in and started it my radio would not put out any sound no matter if it was fm, am, or cd. I turned the radio off and back on and everything has been fine since. Just seemed weird to me.

Interesting. Did you unplug speakers while doing tint?

Not familiar with process. Are door panels removed?

The only thing I can think of is if I leave my radio on to long when I'm working on the truck it shuts it's self off to save the battery. But other then that if it works fine then your good to go!

No to put tint on you do not need to take the panels off. It would make it easier to get the tint below the weather stripping but its not necesary.

mine too

mine has done that before, have no idea what caused it or really how i fixed it but would love to know if you find out anything. i got in one day and cranked it up and no sound what-so-ever. rode to where i was going and got out. when i got back in to leave it worked fine. only done it one time and that was a few months ago.
if you find out anything please let us know, im always worried that it will do it again and not come back on...
