why is it that my tow haul light comes on and my system becomes engaged without me doing so. it seems it happens if i let the truck warm up for a while. if i get in start it and go it usually doesnt happen. whats going wrong here please help guys im desperate:help

I heard the button itself goes bad often. How many miles are on your truck? You could take the shifter column apart and disconnect the wires to see if it fixes it or leave it disconnected if you dont use it mutch. IIRC you need the entire shifter to fix it for like $75 or so from the dealer
