i have to respectfully disagree....yes a tune that works for both is no problem but a tune thats optimized for one will not perfectly suit the other...

ive found in my tinkering low boost with higher timing has produced the best mileage...however also higher then stock egts. in my tow tune i have boost raised modestly but i like it to come in quick after about 45-50ish mm3 to help keep things cool. and besides lower timing i have less PW in my tow tune just to help my stock trans out...true this isnt necessary as its all in the right foot but i like not worrying about giving her some juice while going up a hill

yea...i mean i know you guys have had efi longer then me and know more without a doubt im just saying from what ive done so far its best to have a separate tune for towing...not that it cant be done in one tune

Have you log your self driving normal, cruising? You won't be in the 45mm3+ range....best of both worlds? I don't worry about EGTs as long as I can keep the under 1300* sustained. Pushing up the boost to high equals more exhaust restriction.
I know. I still have slightly more boost below 40mm3 then I do in my DD/mileage tune. But I tried to keep it low as I could without the temps getting too high. Crusing at 75 with a decent load I'm around 900-1000ish*
