I have a quick question, I know Dodge 48re and ford 5r110 ok, but i have an alison ???? I get a little flare going in 3rd when tranny is cold and some times when its warm...no codes.... can this be adjusted?

100 hp tune is kinda iffy on a stock allison, so that could be it. You could have the guy that did your EFI tune make something a little more "friendly", but I would say Transgo jr would be your best be. I may be wrong here but im sure some others with more knowledge will chime in.

How long have you had the tune on your truck...could be re-learning still??? A trans go jr will help hold the power for sure tho.

i plan on a tranny build in the future..... like kless than 5 months so i don't want to waste my time or money on a trans go
