So for tranny fluid is theere a certain weight or is it just regular transynd atf, and does anyone know how many liters it will hold, with a deep pan?? :drink

If you got a rebuilt trans you definatly need allions transynd from your local allison dealer. Or Amsoil stuff. At the minimum it has to be synthetic. I doubt your local auto parts store will have it.

If the torque converter is drained you need 5 gallons. (not sure what that converts into in liters)

gallon=4liters so ill get 25 to be safe. But the local semi shops sell transynd, i was wondering if there was a certain weight like engine oil and such..

Got ya.. Ehh not really... There differnce is regular trans fluid like they make dextron 3.. 6 and so on.

If you get the transynd youll be good to go :rockin

Did you get your trans completly rebuilt? New torque converter?
