Is there a standard model number for each year and options? I am trying to determine the model number of the transfer case on my 03 GMC Sierra 2500HD 4x4.
The mechanic says it is a single piece (no tail section) and a floor shift (manual).
The truck is at the shop which is a little ways away and the mechanic is out for a few days. I'm really not trying to be lazy but I don't feel well enough to venture out right now but I do need to order a rebuild asap.
Any help from the forum would be greatly appreciated.
