Transfer Case Problem

I checked my T-case yesterday to find it out of fluid, so I added 2 quarts of tranny fluid. Well today I get home and look under the truck to see if it was leaking somwhere and the truck is soaked with fluid. I look close at the T-case and its got a hole in the passenger side of the case causing the leak. Has anyone had this happen? Is there anyway to fix it without replacing my Transfer Case?
