This is an attempt to have one area where we can post up places that will build/install/repair Allison 1000 Transmissions with Aftermarket Parts.

Post up in this format please...

State - City - Name of the Company - Contact Info
from there, add any other information you feel pertinent, what Brand of kit, etc... Also, post up any success/problems you had in your transaction as well.

No other posting is needed... if you have a question about something.. PM the person who posted about the shop you have questions about.

From time to time, I'll edit anything that needs editing, and clean up and of you ya-hoo's bullshitting back and forth.

They do a custom kit using many of the top brands, including PPE. I took my truck in on a thursday morning, and it was done friday afternoon. Warranty good up to 700hp and 1 year. So far very good product and great people to work with. Good rep, Look up Diesel power mags Feb 2011 article on "1289hp flagship" to see custom auto's work.

Both were recommended to me as some of the best on the east coast. My truck is with Diesel Addiction right now getting a butt load of stuff done. Neither would get anything done all day if they always answered their phone, however both are good at calling back. BTW, just out of curiosity, what about the supporting vendors? They don't mind this thread being on here, let alone a sticky?

Dropped my truck off with josh on friday afternoon and went back and picked it up sunday (I wasn't in a real hurry) and it runs flawless. The kits he gets are from Big Dipper so they are good stuff
