I am currently trying to copy my stock tune so i can get it sent off to rob but evertime i start copying the file it says that the connection is messed up and to check the cables. I have done this numerous times. Any help is appreciated...

best thing to do is call rob. he'll walk you through it in minutes

When you get to the download pcm Select try ALT keys, and unselect use high speed.
If that does not work, unplug from the truck, and shut the EFI program. Now replug back into the truck. Next open EFI and try. Sometimes it does not recognize the cord if you have the program open then plug into it.

The last time I did a LB7 it took 4 tries. I have no idea why, but it should work, when it messes up, you can tell after just a few seconds. If the green bar starts moving you should be OK.

did you licence your cable to your truck
My guess is no, if he hasn't read it yet, probably not.
Exactly, maybe try hooking your truck up before opening the tune tool.
