Is anyone familiar with the any laws regulating exhaust in New Mexico, Arizona, Texas, or Colorado? I know cali is pretty tight. I'm looking at putting Turbo back Straight Single Stack exhaust on my truck and I was wondering if I will be risking getting a ticket by the green police. Or regular police for that matter.

so is it a county by county thing? do u only have to get tested if the county where the vehicle is registered requires it?
