I have a 2006 2500hd Duramax LT3. The turn signal in my driver side door mirror and signal light on the cluster(left one) light up when brake is depressed (They appear dim both on the mirror and the cluster when the brake is deppressed). Turn signals both left and right work fine. Has anyone ever heard of this issue. Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks

I check all the body and frame grounds. They look good. I will have to go down the line and unplug harnesses to find the problem. I will updateI just found that the right rear taillight is out (running light). Could that cause this issue I have not replaced it yet. I will be doing that tomorrow. Thanks

Thanks for everyones help. I did find the problem. The previous owner did some aftermarket suspension work and managed to damage a ground behind the driver side cab on the body mount (not sure how). I made the repair and the problem is solved. Apparently that is the wire harness that goes back to the rear lights and trailer wiring. Thanks again.
