Ok guys so i have been kicking around the idea of doing a twin turbo set up with Danville's 68mm stg2r. Is it possible? Has anyone done it? What would be a good turbo to use with it?

Kind of want to try something a little different because i know everyone twins a stock turbo.

Open to hear what everyone has to say :D

Jason sounds like he'll tackle anything as long as the truck is sitting there in his shop.

One problem.. my truck would have to stay in my garage lol

Why couldn't i use a regular twin turbo piping set up?

I was thinking either an S480 or S595.

Regular twin kit tubing will work with that application. A nice billet 480 would pair very nicely with the 68. We have done a 484/72 Stg2R with great results.
I was just about to say slap a s480 over it and call it a day.

OP, maybe do a s595 and bigger sticks for fun?

I currently run a Danville 72 stg3r with a Billet S482. Makes a 1000hp on the dyno and drives extremely well. What is your horsepower goal? Built motor or stock bottom end?

im running stock bottom end right now. id plan to stay at around 600 with that set up after I slap a built tranny on. my end goal is a solid 800 hp truck with a built motor

s480 and a stage 1 or 2 altered fire cam when you build it. Pure gold.

S480/484 is supposedly the combo with a stg2r :D

You're going to need to deal with the lower end beforehand though. The stg2r by itself will destroy a stock bottom end.... :poke[1]:
