I have a 2007 LBZ 3500 Dually with 107K miles. I am about to clean the stack, replace the belt idlers and replace the belt. I am wondering if I should replace the water pump since I am already in there. I have not had any problems with it and just want to be sure it will be ok

If you have kept your coolant in good serviceable condition, I would not change the pump. Many trucks go 250k and more without needing water pumps.

Take my advice on this,

1. Just pull the rad right out of the truck to clean it.
2. I know it's expensive but replace the radiator hose while you're at it.
3. Buy the Gates belt kit. Comes with the belt, both idlers and the tensioner for $100.
