Welp guys. Got summoned to cook meat for Easter.

doing pulled pork which I got that covered for the most part. But also doing some brisket.

Low and slow wrap with butcher paper (I prefer wrapping after the stall but most wrap at the stall) rest until the temp gets down to 145-150 slice and enjoy.

B&W and it took the poor guy about 3 hours to install the hitch and a plug. He called me when it finished.

It accelerates much smoother. Seems to be much more sure footed. Mine are not adjustable so I can't preload them or anything like that. Im curious what it will be like under a load. Also seems to ride better over wash board type road surface which is nice.

Overall I'm happy with them. My dad can't decide to put a set on his lbz or sell/trade it.

• new HU (JVC unit showed up yesterday)
• rear tubs
• new dash skin
• line X once tubs are in

there’s a list that is slowly getting chipped away at, it just has to wait in line like the rest 😂

Did this about a month ago. They gave me a two hour window though so I could plan my day a little better lol. Much nicer view with new glass in!

Edit: No photos but drained and filled the transmission yesterday along with new spin-on filter. I had a gallon of fluid laying around and I figured why not do it since I think I had it overfilled from last time. Think I have the level right where I want it now.

2008 Silverado Gasser:

• added $20 worth of gas in it
• I don’t drive it much and it’s been on low fuel a while 😂

2012 Silverado Duramax:

• unloaded the 1985 Honda TRX250
• replaced the fog light housings
• replaced the 5202 plug end on both sides
• added some amber LED bulbs I’ve had for several years from Diode Dynamics (they do not require resistors)

I’m surprised they work because they’ve probably been in that DD bag for five years or so!

Got a CEL. Read a P0299 code. I am guessing that I have a boost leak somewhere. Will have to check it out this weekend.
