What gauges should I run?

Just installed my Edge Insight CTS yesterday and am wondering what gauges I should monitor. Obviously I am going to monitor boost and EGTs, but what are some additional parameters that I should check on? And what are acceptable ranges? (i.e. if you recommend oil pressure, specify what the correct range of oil pressures should be)
