whats my truck worth?

so in your opinion whats my 2006 gmc sierra 4x4 sle ex cab short bed loaded with everything except a sunroof with 45000 miles worth. its a lbz im not looking to sell but im just wondering what u think would b a fair asking price. however i would trade for a regular cab lbz 4x4 with lower miles.
