CAN anyone say what the differences are between an 06 12.000# front 4x4 Dually WB and a 2500 SRW 4x4 front bearing. Was going to put a set of 3500 on my 2500 conversion as its time to replace. AS of this moment it has 2500 front bearings with the 3500 front wheel spacers bolted directly to them.

Already did.. Hence Why I asked. seems part number for any 2500 -3500 8 lug are all the same until you get to the 12.000#. I currently have a set of 03 3500 front adapters bolted to my 2500 front bearings and they bolted right on no issue. just wondering if it is a physical difference or just an larger capacity bearing.

If the spacers fit then lug nut wise should be the same the only difference I could see would be the bearings capability if it’s even actually different. Should be fine but like everybody else said pulling the bearing and comparing numbers physically on both is the only way to see if the bearings are different. Size wise everything should bolt up the same

There is no difference between the 3500 SRW and 2500 SRW. What I am finding is there is a difference in part numbers for the 3500 DRW. However when i look at the specs side by side it ma y be a .1 mm difference on specs. And I wouldn't put a Detroit axle part on anything I own. Been there done that. Shit is JUNK out of spec

I put a set of 3500 wheel bearing hubs on my 06 2500 (in a pinch leaving for vacation and ordered the wrong part). The difference in the 2 parts was the wheel studs. the 3500 studs did not have the non threaded rounded segment on the end. The 3500 ones are built for the hub spacers needed for the dually offset wheels that go on to them.

( bingo that's what I was looking for ) Ok then it would appear to be a stud difference. I have that dually spacer bolted to my 2500 now and it is hub centric so I will order the 3500..
