At least a Stage III. If you've got the extra $ i'd go ahead and get a StageIV. Not a whole lot more.

If you dont mind a drive to LA i'd go to Mike L. at inglewood transmission services. i drove 1000 miles from portland and it was more then worth the drive. His knowledge and skills makes his pricing more then fair. his number is 714-870-7300
