normal as long as it doesn't increase in density, and keep pushing it out like a train of course. Its normal for there to be a little bit of unburnt fuel in the system and on a cold day/morning you can see it for a couple seconds. If it happens all the time regardless of time of day etc then i would look a little deeper.

Happened to me with both emissions and delete.

A puff of white smoke will always be normal on a deleted truck. Mine does it cold or warm. In the cold it smokes for a while than clears up. However, your coolant level issue may be contributing to something different than what we consider normal.
