I'm really confused. If I spike the pedal down at 30 mph my truck dumps black smoke. If I spike the pedal down at 70 my truck dumps black smoke. For some reason if I spend some time driving between 55 and 50 then hit the pedal for a second and let off it dumps out a white cloud. On of my friends think it has a crappy tune on it? Could this be the cause? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have a tune on it or is it still just the oem tune? How many miles?

I just bought the truck and it has 67000 miles. My buddy thinks it has a tune but I have no idea.

if it blows smoke, its not stock.

My tune is stock and it blows black smoke when I accelerate hard.
