[Blinker Fluid]

when i installed my turbo mouthpiece the other day i noticed the white wire comin off the top of the turbo has chaffed into the turbo itself. there is a little groove that the wire cut into the turbo. what is this wire? and should i do something to protect this issue?

I would wrap it with some electrical tape to keep it from rubbing through.
