How satisfied are you with it and have you had any problems? also if you have a ported fuel rail fitting and FPRV shim kit how big of a difference is it against stock?

Some of the older ones were hit or miss if you got a good one or not. The newer ones it seems to be that they haven't had a problem with them.
I have a ppe pump. I like it. Don't know about the ported fitting, all I would guess is it would just help the rail recover faster, but idk. The shimmed FPRV is a must
i have the ppe also. i like it. gets the job done only complaint i have is that its kinda noisy
I dont think its too noisy, I cant hear it driving. Hell I occasionally try and roll the windows up when there already up at a stop light, just to hear if the tone changes on the pump. With my pump pushing 14 psi I never know when its gonna finally go out.

What kinda noise? Winding? can you hear it with the engine running at idle?
Also is the PPE a flow through design? I'd hate to be stranded if it were to quit.
I had one it lasted about 6 months.... I thought it was too loud. I have since installed the new holley HP150 that is designed just like the BD gerotor design. It has been on my truck for over a year and silent and works great. Bought it at Summit racing around $200 I think, just my thoughts
The PPEs were always hit or miss I dont know if they are different yet.

I like the Air Dog pumps a lot more. They are also very quiet.
